What we collect

• Sample and quote requests: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country and whatever you write in the request.
• Newsletter: your e-mail address.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
• This site uses no analytics or tracking cookies.

Why, and on what basis

• To answer your request, prepare samples and quotes and, where it follows, enter into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to, with your consent; every issue carries an unsubscribe link (KVKK art. 5/1).
• To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, KVKK art. 5/2-f).

Who receives it

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts the site and processes technical data.
• Resend, Inc. (USA) delivers our e-mail and keeps the newsletter list; its servers for our account are in Ireland (EU).
• Your data is not sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing. Using these providers involves a transfer abroad under KVKK art. 9.

How long we keep it

• Requests: for as long as the business relationship lasts, then for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

• Under KVKK art. 11 (and, where it applies, the GDPR) you may ask whether we process your data, what we hold and why, who it was shared with, and have it corrected or deleted. You may object to a result arising solely from automated processing and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
